Custom Products - Limited Returns
All vinyl records are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect song selection, or design choices made during the ordering process.
When Returns Are Accepted
Damaged During Shipping
If your vinyl record arrives damaged due to shipping, we will provide a full replacement at no additional cost to you.
Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect that affects playback or structural integrity of the record, we will replace your vinyl.
Production Errors
If we make an error in production that differs from your approved design or order specifications, we will correct the issue and send a replacement.
How to Request a Replacement
Report Within 5 Days
Contact us within 5 days of delivery to report any damage or defects.
Provide Photo Evidence
Send clear photos showing the damage or defect. This helps us understand the issue and improve our packaging/production process.
Include Order Information
Email us at support@vinylmixtapeshop.com with your order number and photos.
Important Information
Replacement Only - No Refunds
For damaged or defective items, we offer replacements only. Refunds are not available for custom-made products.
Keep Your Packaging
We may ask to see photos of the packaging to help us improve our shipping methods and file claims with carriers if necessary.
Processing Time
Once we receive your replacement request with photos, we'll review it within 1-2 business days and notify you of the next steps.
Quality Variations
Lathe-cut records may have slight variations in sound quality and appearance. These natural variations are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects.
