Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Your custom vinyl is lathe-cut to order and ships in 8-10 business days most of the year (15-20 business days November through February). If you choose an expedited shipping method at checkout, it speeds up transit after your record ships — it doesn't shorten production time.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!

What are the record specifications?
12" diameter black vinyl, 33 RPM playback speed, up to 20 minutes per side (40 minutes total), lathe-cut for unique character, compatible with all standard turntables.
What about the audio quality?
Each record has the warm analog character that lathe-cut vinyl is known for, and your audio is mastered for vinyl before cutting. Two honest expectations: you'll hear some gentle surface noise that softens after the first few plays, and lathe-cut records play at a noticeably lower volume than factory-pressed records — just turn your amplifier up. The full music is all there.
What file formats are supported?
We accept MP3, WAV, M4A, and FLAC audio files. For artwork, we support JPG, PNG, WebP, and SVG files.
Is this a real playable record?
Absolutely! Your custom vinyl is a fully playable 12" record that works on any standard turntable at 33 RPM.
What's the difference between lathe-cut and pressed vinyl?
Lathe-cut records are individually crafted one at a time, allowing for single copies with 8-10 day production. Pressed vinyl requires 100-500 minimum orders and takes 8-12 weeks. Each lathe-cut record has unique character while pressed records are identical.
Will it play on my turntable?
Yes! Our 12" records play at standard 33 RPM and are compatible with all turntables that can play 12" LPs.

Yes! Each record is made to order. Simply complete your design and add multiple copies to your cart.
Can I make changes after ordering?
