By accessing and using the Vinyl Mixtape Shop website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

All products offered through our Service are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Products are personalized and non-refundable except as outlined in our Return Policy
• Production times may vary based on demand
• Color representation on screens may vary from the final printed product
• Lathe-cut vinyl records have unique characteristics that differ from pressed records

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all content you upload to create your custom vinyl records.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Violates any law or regulation
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive
• Contains viruses or other harmful code

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins. We accept payment through our secure Shopify checkout system.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Vinyl Mixtape Shop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vinyl Mixtape Shop, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
