“I'm impressed with how this turned out. The product is well made, well-priced compared to other sites, has great turnaround time compared to others without being unrealistic, has a long playing time while preserving quality, and they master the vinyl without charge, according to the website. What also impressed me is that they take care in the production, and they show it both during customization and with the final product. During customization, they let you know if a cover will turn out bad based on the submitted image size and quality, which other companies don't typically do; and when the final product arrived, they give you an archival quality record sleeve. Although there was occasional sound issues, they were rare and small enough that you can get over it if it happens to you. There's quiet background hiss, but it's already pre-established on the website since it's lathe-cut, and it's not annoying. Great product, great website, will buy again.”
